Listen To This

I have a 4" TB MBRP with a muffler. I love when i am just barely giving it gas and it whistles real nice. But as it revs higher I get a fluttering noise, I have listen to some othere videos and they have it but it dosnt seem as bad. What causes this, the muffler, and if I strait pipe it will it smooth out the sound more. Sorry i put it kinda close if you turn your volume down about half way you can hear the flutter better.

More whistle, most likely, less flutter, not sure.
