Small engine power surge

2000 excursion 7.3 original owner, no mods. 189k miles 2wd.

This week on extended drives ( over 2 hours) I noticed a surge in power without accelerating or decelerating.
Once was at about 50 mph felt like I got hit by a sentra in the rear.
The second was at about 35 mph.
Both times were after average highway driving at 75 mph.
The first occurrence even seemed like it lost power for a second or two (like dead cps)
Really weird and new. It just totally seems like someone hit a NOS button for like a half second.

Any ideas or suggestions would be appreciated.
No ideas could be too weird to suggest. Just couldn't find anything like this on the forums.

2000 Ex limited 7.3 (BONE-stock)
2002 F150 SCREW FX4

Maybe that's her way of telling you she has more to give and that you should buy a chip.

But seriously, that's weird and I don't know.

PIS 175/80's, Van Turbo with EBPV, BD Billet Wheel
Lots of money spent at RiffRaff
Holley fuel pump, in tank mods, crappy riding leveling kit, DP-F6, 5 Gauges+Edge CS in dash, CB radio in Dash, over 100 goofy little mods
Still pretty slow, just less slow now.
