6.0 trans cooler question

I am at the point of splicing in the new 1/2 lines, my question is, does it matter which ones I splice into. Like does the pass side line from the cooler have to go to the line coming from the trans or does it have to go to the other one. Hope that is clear enough for you guys. Thanks.

I can't see why it's just an air to oil

shortest distance is what I would aim for

Well guess it either doesn't matter or I guessed correct hahaha. Just went for a drive, 75* here. Normally hit about 160 but I didn't even break 140 now!!
