New IC boots. Maybe I have a leak? EBPV causing high EGT

Ok so first off I just had a ats housing and ww2 installed. Fixed the surge issues. Up pipes were also blown out so had all new pipes clamps and the y pipe replaced. Had gauges installed as well. On my tow tune, 50hp, I never see more than 3-5 lbs crusing and 15-19 Max. Truck has 314,000 on the dash. Only thing that hasn't been done are the boots. When I get into it I can hear a faint air noise, not sure if this is the airraid or a leak. Also when I let off the throttle there is a sucking sound but it's hi pitched. So I'm thinking boots are the issue. I'm also getting a ebpv code and a ebps code. Cleaned the tube and sensor last week. Egts at idle after warm up are 350-400. Crusing anywhere from 600-700, 65mph up a hill can see 850-900. From dead stop 0-70 WOT can see 1200 real fast. I can hit 1400-1500 if. I keep on it. So I'm thinking it could be leak pluss stuck epbv. Exhaust doesn't sound like my 97 straightpipe did. Also doesn't sound like the valve is active (airy) but isn't deep either.
