i am looking at a 2002 ford f-250 with a 7.3 with 70,000 miles on it what do you guys think?

i dont have a link to it because its one of my friends and its got a 5 spd manual in it and he wants 7 grand for it plus its got a edge chip and a banks exhaust on it
