Is it possible to swap a sterling wheel with a blown air with a good one ?

I was looking at a king ranch truck at the wrecker and it has a sweet looking steering wheel on it but the air bag is deployed. It it possible to swap my air bag into it and use it in my truck ? If so what would be needed/involved?

Thanks for any and all info.

Pretty sure the horn pad is the same, should be accessible from the back to unbolt the air bag and install yours

Why did I think the pattern for a 6.0 steering wheel was different than a 7.3? Or is it just 6.4/6.7?
