How to Tell if your Truck is Federal or Cali Truck

I'm getting ready to order my DP tuner and need to find out if the truck is a 49 state truck or a Hippie Loving California Truck. What I do know is the truck was bought new In Dallas TX in 2000. Stayed in Texas its whole life till i Bought it in April. I'm 99% sure its a 49 state truck but want to be damn sure before I order my DP and Tunes. What do I need to look for?

It should say California emissions on the under hood sticker. Mine is a Cali truck. The canned tunes from php are few with 100hp max.
I need a different ECM.

02 F-250 ccsb 7.3 auto, 8" fabtech, 37" toyo, 4.30, 4" straight pipe, AFE intake, hydra chip, riff raff wheel, tugger kit and powerstruck tunes.

Call a dealer and see if they can run the vin and tell you. Also, as mine is a hippie lover, there will not be a glow plug relay, instead there is a control mod that is about 3x5x2 inches and silver in its place.
