Downpipe in the way of shackle bolt

Title pretty much says it, the down pipe is in the way of the upper shackle bolt, is their anyway to remove it without taking off the down pipe? Also my exhaust is wedged in between my shock and spare tire, do i need to remove the spare tire in order to get it off the shock or does anyone have any other suggestions? Thanks.

Well if its in the way and you need to take out there bolt you only have one option.

Then put the bolt in the other way when you reassemble for next time.

Cut the bolt and push it out the side you have access too.
Then reassemble from the other side like Shultzer says.
Probably way more work than just loosening the exhaust at the turbo and pushing the down pipe off to the side, but at least you have options.

on the rear can you just lower the spare tire to gain whatever access you need?

PIS 175/80's, Van Turbo with EBPV, BD Billet Wheel
Lots of money spent at RiffRaff
Holley fuel pump, in tank mods, crappy riding leveling kit, DP-F6, 5 Gauges+Edge CS in dash, CB radio in Dash, over 100 goofy little mods
Still pretty slow, just less slow now.
