need some help on a early 99f350
Hi I'm new to diesel trucks and i'm looking for about 2'' more of lift and i already have a leveling kit (hanger and shackels) can i put a add a leaf on top of that and a add a leaf in the rear? and is that good will i need the change anything to do so thank you.It is a early 99 f350

you can , but would stress that front end anymore than that , as far as back you may be able to go with a thicker block
|

your better off just buying a 4" lift kit.. because your gonna need stuff like longer shocks, trac bar relocation bracket, pit arm, ect.
by the time you add all those things up its barely gonna be cheaper then getting a full kit with full replacement front springs -Raul |

ok but i do not have my stock hangers or shackels is that ok

doh.... you can do 2" leaf spring setup with all the hardware of a 4" kit....
or find some used OEM hangers and go with the full 4" leaf springs -Raul |
