coolant concerate

changed coolant in my 2002 7.3 this weekend. Used instructions from forum. Flushed 5 times never really got clean. On the last flush drained all plugs installed new coolant. Called for 4gallons concentrate and 4 gallons water. Put in 4 gallons of concentrate(red) but could only get 2 gallons of water in. Is this to strong of concentrate. Any one have suggestions. I've check it the last couple of days levels havent changed

I think that's normal at first. My guess is that you still have a lot of air trapped in the cooling system. It may take a while to bleed the air out.
