01 f550 runs rough when i start it up

hey there i have a 01 f550 7.3. There is something wrong with it. when i start it up first thing in the morning, the truck runs so rough at 600-700 rpms and the whole truck shakes like its about to die. the oil pressure is halfway. i have to wait until the truck warms up then it drives normal. This first happened in the summertime when it was warm. ive parked it since then and today i decided to start it and it still does the same thing. any help will be appreciated.

Maybe it's time for some glow plugs? I would guess if a few of them are not functioning, you might have the symtoms you're discribing...
