anyone buy ebay injectors?

my #4 injector failed the power balance test and i foun injectors on ebay for $100 from pensicola diesel and some other companys, has anyone had luck with these injectors? also what injectors did they put in an 01 f-250 ae or ad

i havent with pensicola but have bought parts off ebay with out a problem... i have looked at pensicola a lot just cause i was thinking about buying injectors from them until i found DIY injectors. anyways they seem like a reputable business

I did! I have! My #8 died, so I got the same one you're lookin' at. And it's fine. And you have to look at the actual injector under your valve cover to see for sure which one it is.
I would recommend talking to Dirk if you need help, he helped me, he knows his stuff.

A reputable member of this forum recommended that retailer to me when I needed to replace an injector.

99 & UP FOR #8 USE 1833646C92 LONG LEAD. IF THIS HELPS

To add to his statement you can use the first part number for number 8 as well. The special number 8 injector is just to prevent cackle
