MPG with Stage 2's

What kind of milage are you guys getting with stage 2 injectors?

you can get good mileage if you get some good custom tuning with them.

Tuning is a very important factor to look at when it comes to a good running truck or good economy. If the chip running the truck isn't tuned for economy, the mileage will suffer. I have stage 2's now, and my mileage didn't change at all from stock injectors. Injector nozzle size, injection control pressure (ICP), and tuning are probably the 3 most important things to consider when looking for good economy.
