Whats my truck worth?

what do you think my trucks worth? Its a 2000 F-350 ex-cab short box, lariet loaded, 4x4 7.3, 6-speed 140,000 in good shape. I may be forced to sell it
any ideas, kbb say $12,400 but they lie
I paid 8,000 for it was that a fair price?

alot depends on your location. And the demand right now for a diesel

As Binder said these vary greatly from zip code to zip code, could be several thousand dollars difference. Trucks sell for top dollar round here because folks value a good hard working truck, down in the city the value seems to be much cheaper. With diesel still higher than gas ( makes no sense) they are still a bit hard to sell, but at least not as bad as when diesel was pushing $5 a gal. Look around in your area to see what they are selling for. You got a great deal on it, I would sure hang on to it if there was anyway possible. That truck has a lot of life left in it.
