2wd vs 4wd chassis

is there any difference in 2wd and 4wd chassis?

a friend of mine has a wrecked 01 sd 4x4 with a 7.3

if he finds a gasser 2wd with a good frame, are the frames interchangeable?

thanks

I don't think so for the front, but possibly for the rear. If it is possible for the front, it's gonna be a serious project. Anyway, @ least I got you a .
