truck wont start only 17 degrees

went out and it like pops off and just wont start filled up with # 2 and put powerservice in didnt have it plugged in before it would start at 15 below now nothing please help

Go plug it in for 4 hours, thats if your close to an outlet. I just went through the same thing. My block heater cord was shot so I replaced batteries and GPR, still didnt start. It only started when I brought it in and warmed it up in side a garage. Go plug it in if you can
