99 psd problem??????
I have a 99 psd early yeared truck..the bully dog 4 BANK 6 POSITION CHIP was suppose to b programmed for it ...I cleaned up the ppoints and good connection..NO POWER GAIN???

Did you buy this unit used? Could be vin locked, or just bad??? If you bought it new, send it back and call DP or TW, you will be much happier!!

I still recomend ditchin the bully dog and gettin yourself a custom tuned TW or DP..it will straight up blow the bullydog outta the water
