Cant find these DTC's

I've looked everywhere. I can find most of my codes but can not find this one. P286D. So from what I have found out P means powertrain, and the best I can come up with is other codes with P28 at the beginning are either "Transmission Range" or "Pressure Control Solenoid". I couldn't find anything that went to P286, and none of them had a letter at the end. If anybody has had this code or knows what it might be I would really like to know, especially if it is something with my transmission that I should be concerned about.

I am more concerned about it because it just came up when I loaded a new tune. I am noticing that the trans acts a little weird with the tune, and have been trying to figure out what it is and why it is doing it. Figured if I could figure this code out it may help with diagnosis.

I wonder if it could be a 0286? Here is what I found on it

P0286 Injector Circuit High - Cylinder

This will usually be followed by a cylinder #, are you sure the D isn't a 6?

I am 100% sure, I even checked it a few times because it didn't seem right. I also thought it was unusual because all my other codes were P0 or P1 and this was P2. I got to wondering if possibly my Livewire reads some of the codes different and that is why I can't find this one.

I have had a few odd ones pop up with my livewire that I was unable to find on any code chart.

I just cleared it and it didn't come back. I am about to go pull codes again b/c I feel like I have a slight miss and if the wierd code(s) come back, I'll let ya know.

I've had a few weird ones come and go but this one has hung around after clearing them a few times.
