im about to buy some 37X13.50R18, Super Swamper

what does the R18 mean..and will it fit on my stock 16" rim??

Sorry won't fit. R means radial, but the 18 means 18 inch diameter rims.

18 is the rim size and no wont fit a 16" rim

R stands for Radial. 18 is the size for a 18" rim.
