HPOP & Reg fuel Question
I was thinking about doing the regulated fuel return on the truck in signature. In the decription it says that it is recommended to rplace the # 8 injector somthing about it being long lead. What is this and does my truck have it. Also wanting to do Dual HPOP but trying to decide between Terminator or Stealth. Any Pro's or Con's?

Not real sure on the REG RETURN system, but I know alot of people do it. The #8 injector is usually an issue that creates a "cackle" that someone else can better explain.
As for the hpop, are you planning big injectors? BTS, Stealth, and Terminator seems to be options many go with. |

Not any time soon, I am just wanting to get the most out of my stock injectors.

The #8 injector is actually a different injector from the other seven. The injector is different to compensate for the pressure loss of being the last injector in line to recieve oil pressure from the HPOP. This can be taken care of by buying the crossover line, you can tell that the engine idles quieter after you put the crossover on.

I already have a Hpop X-over line. To be honest I have yet to be able to notice any difference with it.

Will running the regulated fuel return without changing the # 8 injector hurt anything. What is the pro and cons of doing this.
Which is preferd Stealth or Terminator HPOP. |

In my testing I haven't found the reg. return or Hutch mod to be nesessary. The main reason for a return line is to purge the air from the fuel. Other than that you don't need a return line. Air is the enemy of any injected engine. If you take the air out before the engine you can run hard without a return line. I have pic's in my garage of my AFS unit. I have guided many people thru the build and install. You won't believe the difference.
