Well my truck needs new tires and was wondering if anyone knows the biggest size I can get away with on a stock 2000 F250. Right now it has 285/75/16, do you think I can up the size without to much fender rub. It seems like there's a lot of room there.
LOL... hats off to anyone willing to hack the fenders on their superduty! I've done this on my ol' chevys, 6" lift and 40" boggers no rubbing! Had 35s on a stock chevy 3/4 ton with only minor trimming at the back of the front fenders...
As to the superdutys, I have no idea... I'd like to go larger on tire size, but bein' a dually, I'm limited untill I get rear wheel spacers for width/dually sidewall rub issues...
I'll let you borrow my sawzall if you'll stuff 35's under it and post pictures! Do I hear 37's? **grin**
you can easily clear 295-75R16 and that would be slightly taller but on most you can clear the 315's as well but you may have slight rubbing.
