Max Turbo Boost psi for stock '01 7.3L?

Just wanted to know what kind of boost a stock turbo out of a '01 should be getting. Mine does not make much! I have a edge evolution that keeps records and the highest recorded psi was 19. That is standing on it to while pulling my boat. Is this normal or low?
Thanks

i've heard from guys on the org that the stock 7.3 turbo will have problems anything over 30 psi, i 'm not 100% positive on this, but i know for a fact that on mine i can hit 38 psi on my street setting and only driving 3/4 throttle

22 lbs on a stock truck NO WAY!!!! Where are you drawing your readings from?
A stock truck should put out 15-17lbs max. With a chip or tuner it will vary greatly as there are many variables. The stock turbo won't last long when pushed past 25lbs on a reg basis.
Remove the Supercraps tune and see what you can pull. If you can hit 15-17lbs all is good. If you can't start checking for leaks!!
