Smoke is power wasted just a FYI.

Usually with super chips you get some smoke but if you want GOBs of smoke look at DP-Tuner, they have a "smoke tune"

What other mods do you have done? I hope at least gauges.

other mods..

yeah i have all my gauges but they were put in as a birthday gift.. and totally positioned in the wrong spot.. they are to the left of the ash tray.. they pyro, the boost pressure and they psi for my auto leveling kit.. which has a in cab manual override.. i have a 5" exhaust and was debating taking out the muffler and catalytic because here in Utah they just did away with emissions on diesels !! i have been looking for the perfect cold air intake.. but they all seem so high in price for a few pieces of equipment.. i have on order the Bully dog Power Pup hopefully it gives me an added boost in power..

I had a superchip on my 99 and it doesn't blow much black smoke. A small puff at best. If you want smoke just get a custom tune. A DP chip can give you the smoke you want. However, if you just want some nice smoke it seems tough to beat a TS 6 position chip with the 140 horse smoke tune on it for something like 200 bucks. That's what I switched to and it did a fine job of leaving smoke, something more like a nice cloud than a puff. See my old stroker in my garage I have some smoke pics.

Yeah, open up that 5" sewer pipe and let it breath. Also a good intake would help with over all performance. The AIS from ford is basicly like the intake for a 6.0 but for a 7.3 That would be good for the long run. I had a TS 6 pos chip and the 140 was def awsome for some intersection choking smoke, make people get off of your bumper too
