Injector Wiring Harness test

Okay I have it now down to a Fried IDM and and the injector wire warness.

I scanned the Excursion with a OTC SPX Genesis scanner and found.

P1280 ICP Circuit Out of Range Low
P0198 Eng Oil Temp Sensor Circuit High Input
P1316 Ignition Diagnostic monitor codes detected
P1294 High Side Open Bank 2 (Left)
P1293 High Side Open Bank 1 (Right)
P1273 Cylinder # 3 High to Low Side Open
P1277 Cylinder # 7 High to Low Side Open

Then I charged the batteries and cleared the codes and preformed a streaming test. It showed.

I think I was getting some codes from low batteries.

ICP cranking test showed a 0 to 2188 PSI
IPR started at 15% and moved to 45%

I tested the fuel pump by draining the fuel bowl then turn the key on. The pump engages and fuel drains out of the bowl.

I then did a buzz test and got another P1294 and P1293.

I switch out the IDM with a good IDM and it fired acouple of times. It did not start.

Buzz tested and now have only a P1293 (right).

I think I have lost a IDM and have a wiring harness issue. How do I test the injector wiring harness? What is better the Ford clips or replacing?
