Need help, won't start

Ok I'm in a pickle. When I got to my truck after work today my remote entry didn't work, so opened manually. When I opened door it was dinging like I had a key in the ignition but there wasn't. Put key in, wait to start, when i turn the key nothing happened. My batteries are fine. After I open my door with the key out my radio stays on and I am able to roll down my windows. Anyone have this happen.

I didn't test them but they just seemed fine, but now in the process of working on they are toast. Charging them now. When i got to my truck this morning to put my tools in the back the remote worked again. Gonna have to wait and see once the batteries are charged up. lets hope that was it and nothing else too major. After this, and replacing the ball joints and a hub assembly in the last month I would take a lot of pleasure out of shooting it right now.
