7.3L loses power and shuts off

We have a 2000 7.3L that had gas in the tank due to "not me", (I'll be nice) and now after it seemed to be okay for a few weeks is loosing power and shutting off like someone turned the key. We thought it was the cam sensor and replaced it, but it did the same thing next time driven. What else could it be? I pulled the code p1247 which is low turbo pressure, but i would rather not guess at my expense. Please help.
