No limited slip?
Ok, now I'd just like to say this forum is outstanding! Lots of great information, writeup's and support from other members. I don't post much on any forum I just read ALOT!
But I'm having trouble finding information this time, I've got a 02' f350 CC Dually, I've noticed it's only one (or two for that matter) wheel drive in the back at times. The guy next door with a 00' f450 dually said they all should have limited slip Sterlings.. I havent had a chance to read my diff. tag yet but how many dually's came limited, and how many came open like mine seems to be? Is it a Sterling made posi unit or is it a type of Ford Trac Loc? If mine is open and has no posi unit I can even rebuild then can anyone recommend a good aftermarket unit I can put in? Thanks much! |
