Buying a 99 F450 Tow Truck he says it "Has a miss to it" 228 on the OD. What could...

it be? Can you guys give me some Ideas with a truck that probably has a good amount of abuse?
I will have more details about what it does later when he calls but right now he says it has a miss. He tried the cam sensor with no luck, possibly an injector?

Could be a lot of things. Injectors, dusted cylinder, ect.

Ok he says when you are around 45mph you can feel it, but when you get on the highway and get around 2000 rpm it goes away. Im thinking it has to be a injector. Any thoughts?>

Yeah, take it for a test drive and then call me. Hold the phone up to the tailpipe, then intake, then drive it and I'll diagnos it.
