The 22.5's will make that dually get better fuel economy on high way. It will get worse in town because of the weight turning those tires. My bro has a 01 cummins dually with 22.5 and 35's raped around them. Thats what he tells me. He says it'll equal out. It is a 5 speed and in forth gear he can reach 70 with like 2500 rpms or some where in that area. 4.10's will help you in town because they are lower gears.
