Dino Fuel Alrenatives... Problems

Anyone dealt with DFA (Dino Fuel Alternatives)?

I ordered the CCK (Cross Connect Kit) from them a week ago. i recieved two e-mails from them. One my order and shipping info (confirmation). The second from someone that sent me a copy of the reciept. Since then i have e-mailed them four times asking for a tracking number or some information on shipping. I haven't heard anything from them . I expected at least a message telling me why or when it might ship. But i am getting a little angry that they havent sent any type of reply.

anyway, yeah i read that one, but how long did it take them to get it shipped to you?

i received it about 7 working days after ordering it. some of the parts were wrong, so i called and they shipped me the right nuts and bolts same day. that was nice of them.
oh i should add that i live about 55 miles south of their actual location...

They own the Vegistroke system.

I cant say how good there email support is, but Jame Tracy is an awesome guy. I have a feeling they are spending more time in the shop cranking out Vegistrokes, that their hands are too greasy to reply by email. I guarantee they will answer or get back to you.

i know their here at Sema.. that could be part of it as well....

I chatted with james for about an hour today at SEMA. Great guy. Saw his vegged truck. It has a HUGE 90 gallon toolbox tank in the back. Im probably going to see them again tomorrow. I dont know if they will know of your exact order, but Ill see what I can find out.

yeah that could be it, i forgot about the sema show. I know raul i am used to you though and it would be on my dorrstep tomorrow. i wouldnt worry about it but i havent dealt with these guys before so i dont know what to expect. thanks for reminding me about the sema show.

Side story kinda funny, but i was in las vega last weekend for a wedding and on the way back i was watching all these nice trucks on trailers going by and i couldnt figure out what was going on. then i remembered the sema show. wish i coulda stayed for it. i was a little bummed after that.
