Auto to Manual has anyone done this

I have a 2000 Excursion 7.3 that I am converting to a manual trans. It seems pretty straight forward I just need to know what computor i am going to have to put in the truck and also if I am going to have to make any changes in the wiring harness. Thanks

Ive seen it done a couple times and Id actually like to do it on my truck, I know youll need a new wiring harness and PCM, but not sure what else.
