What diff oil?

What oil do you guys recommend for the diff? I'm getting ready to change the diff oil and wanted some recommendations.

Thanks.

I used mobil one full synthetic for the rear that said no need for friction modifier. SO far soo good.
If you do need to add friction modifier (if yo have a l/s) then add 4oz, do some tight figure 8's in a big parking lot, if it clanks, add 1 oz, so forth and so on.
Also, fill until it comes out of the hole ...
