Want to upgrade to newer year

I have been wanting to trade my truck for a newer model. Found a 09 king ranch SC 4x4 92k miles. Is it worth it for the newer amenities or should I stay with my 03 and continue to do upgrades?

It depends how well maintained it has been and if it still has a warranty. I would just stick with what you know with your 7.3. The 6.4 is a good motor, but having to pull the cab every time you need to do motor work to it would get really old, really fast.
