Zf-5 in a superduty

Well my 4r100 took a crap a few weeks ago and will no longer move forward, just has reverse. Any how I found a dead 96 with only 50k (block is cracked from accident) at a local junk yard.. It has the zf-5. I was wondering if I can put this in my 99 and have it fit right without remodeling the tunnel.. I can get a clutch peddle out of a superduty and just order a new wire harness and trade one of my extra ECM for a standard one. What do you guys think?
