Changing all the fluids

I want to change all the fluids in my 02 6 spd with 164k. I don't have an owners manual and want to know which fluids to use in the engine, tranny, t - case, and rears and what the capacitys are. Also what brand of filters for gas and oil.

02 SCLB Lariat 6 spd. AIS intake, MBRP 4" TB, TS 6 pos chip. Leveling kit and 33s.

trans case 2 qts atf.

rear end

3 1/2 quarts 75w-140 full synthetic with friction modifier.

front end 75w-90 non synthetic gear oil i think about 3 quarts

power steering system 4 quarts of atf.

coolant i think is 8 gallons? 4 gallons of elc coolant 4 distilled water (you need like 20 gallons of distilled to flush the whole system.
