My suspension is all stock and my block measures 3.5".

It's definitely got a shackle kit on it though.

It's the hangers, not the shackles. The shackles are stock. It's at least 3.5" because mine are 3" and they're tucked behind the bumper still. And the blocks on most of the F250s I've seen are about 2". Rize makes a 3.5" block and a 4" block that has a bump tab on it like the factory block.

Agreed, stock shackles (rear of leaf spring) with new, extended hangers (front of leaf spring).
FWIW, the early bird 99 F250's come stock with the taller 3.5" block, the late 99-03 got the shorter 2" blocks and all the F350's have the taller blocks.

Gotcha, I knew it was standard on the 350, but never saw them on a 250. Hopefully we've answered his questions at least?

Yup... No big deal, they only rub when I steer all the way.

Yeah, it has a bump tab on it. So it's safe to assume it's a Rize lift kit then?
