hey what do i do with the seafoam when i do a filter change

if you mean fuel filter change i just drain the fuel boal and pour a bottle in

when i use seafoam i fill half of my fuel filter up with it and put the rest in the tank it runs rough for a lil bit then runs like a champ some guys fill the whole filter up but that is up to you
