9-10mpg city.....WHY?????

Hey guys , i got a 2000 F350 4x4 4dr. Its got dp tuner with econ, 80 tow, 120, and 140, DIY intake, and muffler delete pipe. heres the issue, When i had just the dp i was getting about 14mpg and that was with me getting on it alot. i put intake and muffler delete on it and its down to 10mpg and thats without me getting on it at all. i went through 20 gallons like that.

I do have 35's on it and it has not been calibrated for them, but it was like that before the mpg drop.

please help me out its a work truck and cant afford this much longer

CPS shouldnt effect milliage. Have you changed your fuel filters lately? How are you calculating the millage?

uh that too will do it. but if the filter is bad, wouldnt the engine die?

Change the fuel filter cant hurt. and you should look for any kind of fuel leaks on the top of the motor the fuel bowl drain are known for leaking on those trucks.

Ill look for fuel leak, im new to diesels so heres a newb question"where do i look" I just thought it was wierd because it happened as soon as i put exhaust and intake COULD it be the intake temp sensor???? should i put it right next to intake???

As far as my driving habbits i left it in econo and been driving with a really light foot, ive been calculating by putting 10 gal in and resetting trip and letting it got to same spot. I know its not going to be accurate but ive droped 5mpg and i was beating on it before so im ssooo lost. I know yall can come up with an answer for me.

On a side note my "door a jar" thing is tweaking out my light is flashing on and off and keeps dinging really annoying, sometime does it sometime wont.. and yes all my doors are closed

you got it backwards, the CPS will cause the engine not to run, or to shut down out of nowhere, the truck wont run without it. on the other hand, the fuel filter can get messed up and still pass enough fuel to supply the truck, but not enough to maintain good milliage.

How many miles are on the truck, and any smoke?
