Could also be the Spring eye bushings mine went out and it thumped all the time if you replace the bushings I would get the urathane bushings last longer then the rubber.

This could also be one of you lines leaking or busted, I had the same thing check to see if any of your hoses or lines are leaking.

Alright im gonna try and start running down the list tomorrow. I've pretty much ruled out wheel hubs, bearings, ball jointsd cause the truck drives straight as an arrow.

Im thinking its sway bar bushings or spring bushings.

Cant imagine it being the shocks either due to it doesnt get any worse hittting bumps or what not, its perfect smooth driving and the thumping sound stays countinuos

Just unbolt the sway bar end links and see if the noise goes away. I think it is a 5/8" socket to remove them!! Doesn't hurt to leave them off, many have just removed them with no side affects!!
