These things are happy at 25psi, after that start to lose efficiency and drive pressure becomes an issue.
If you upgrade to one of the billet wheels such as Diesel site's WWII, RiffRaffs wheel or BD diesels wheel you bump up the efficiency range of the turbo and it becomes safer to hit numbers in the low 30s
