HID question

I just noticed today, that if I turn my headlights on the cabin fan will turn on also. No keys in the ignition..... Could by relay harness be screwing up???

Nothing else in the cab comes on. Turn the headlights on, dash lights come on and the fan kicks in.... Kinda confused why its doing that.
Oh and I forgot, if I turn the key on the light automatically come on, with the switch in the off position.

Sounds like you have a ground back feed problem somewhere in the wiring out by the radiator support, I can did the diagram up but i think the headlight ground on the pssangers side and the blower motor ground are in the same spot or tied in somehow that is causing your back feed, key off headlights turn on blower fan --- as in key on blower fan turns on headlights they seem to be gounding into each other

Where did you hook up the HID light assembly ground point too.
Friends f350 used the factory harness to power the HID relay control sides then the relays needed another power and ground source for Load sides. is this how yours is set up?

I got my hids ran with a relay harness, hooked to driver battery, and driver side headlight plug in. I can turn the fan off with headlight switch off and key on, headlights stay on. If the key if off everything is off, but as soon as i turn the truck on headlights come on, never did this before.

Try unplugging the HID's and going back to stock if this corrects your problem mabye it is in the relay harness added into the HID's. if not then you will be looking into some possible ground systems for the blower motor and the headlights, just a suggestion
