HELP...ZF6 Swap Flywheel help.

As the title says I am pretty far in my ZF swap and ready to put the trans in, almost anyway.

I'm having one heck of a time getting the flywheel to go on the crank pulley. The lip on the pulley is beveled and I just cant get it to go over. The flexplate came off with ease, but it seems the hole on it is larger.

Someone please help me out with this. I'm trying to get it to go together tonight so I can get it driving around tomorrow.

Thanks,
David

I got ya with an even easier fix. Remove the spacer haha.

I had PM'd Schlutzer since I'd read that he had done the swap before and he even told me to make sure I removed the spacer. I thought I had, but kept wondering why people were saying the spacer behind the flywheel, I thought the spacer was the thin piece between the bolt heads and the flexplate.

Oh well, I've never been so happy to realize I was such an idiot. Sometimes we make the easy things the most difficult.

Got 'er swapped. I will update tomorrow, spending some time mariokarting with my four year old since I've been in the garage all day.

Bottom line, it drives like a dream and I can't wait to get all the details wrapped up.
