rolling coal=reckless driving?

tonight i was coming home on a quiet back road. stopped at a stop sign, when i hit it to roll out of it a tiny puff of black smoke came out. i was in my 140 setting, not punching it or driving fast or anything. nobody was around but one cop about 100yds behind me. he turned on his lights and pulled me over. called backup and SEVEN ****ING COP CARS TOTAL showed up.. it was 12 or 13 cops. they were circling my car, asked me to get out, shined their lights everywhere and told me i was eligible to receive a ticket for reckless driving. i explained how a diesel works, and that i can't help it, and it's perfectly legal. they said "a stock truck doesn't do that" and i told them it's not stock, but is legal. meanwhile some of the cops went down to a local parking lot (of my old high school) and saw some old rubber that had been laid down and then tried to pin that on me. long story short i didn't get a ticket or anything but it wasted my time and humiliated me with 12 cops treating me like i was some deviant. this is in TEXAS too of all places to get in trouble for having a truck. anyone have a similar story? I told my friends I was guilty of driving with B.A.T.---bad *** truck!!

If this truely happened. If it was me I would be seeing the Commander of the department in the Morning. I would be making a formal complaint about this for misconduct of a peace officer.

There was no need for that much back up. I could understand it if your truck fit a discription of a truck they are looking for. But that is not the case. So this is completely a misuse of power.

I had an off duty cop on a motorcycle try to pass me in an intersection while turning. I went wide and he tried to wip around me in the middle of the intersection. Well almost took him out because I didn't see him. Started yelling at me calling me mother f'er and told me to get out of my truck because he was going to kick my azz. Well gave me an ear full while me and my friend are in my truck and he's pissed because I also have a BAT. Well he asked me how old I was, I was 17 at the time and told him I know the sheriff that patrols the city we were in and I can have him come out and write a report about how you passed me in an intersection and then threatend to kick my azz and verbal assualt on a minor. Well dumbazz's attitude changed and off he went.

no 7 cars but 12 cops total. it was ridiculous. find it hard to believe? well i did. i understood like the first backup officer because he was right down the street and i dunno. but then 5 more after that pulled up. yeah it's a quiet suburb so they go pretty silly when they get even the tiniest thing
