Austin is the ONLY part of TX that we must apologize for .... All of the Crime, and Criminals that live there under the guise that they are "POLITICANS" ....

Seriously though ... I ROLLED a TON of coal on a po po right around the corner of my house ... I wouldn't have done it out of respect IF I knew it were a cop, but he didn't even blink ...... but H-Town the cops are just happy if they don't get shot ya know ????

I think that if you feel you're in the right, you should try to keep your dignity and not allow yourself to feel humiliated. You have some control over that. Now the cops in my little town are the same way, I saw one with a minivan pulled in a daycare parking lot, with others arriving. Not sure if this is some standard procedure to shock and awe the young mother, or just for training purposes. It does sound like overkill.

That is because you live in Austin. When i went to Austin in my truck to visit some friends, i got some ugly looks from alot of people every time i rolled coal. here in H-Town, i've never had a problem. Heck I've had an off duty HPD do it in his truck right next to me at a light.

austin is where all the tree huggers from cali moved! I shamefully admit I moved from cali to the wonderful state of texas, but I am FAR from a tree hugger. I love texas and will never go back to crappy cali!!

better have them waiting on the freeway. EVERY semi that drives around puffs out smoke. thats a gold mine of tickets there!!!

Tubular, I too left Kalifornistan and never looked back, except to spit on them!! God forsaken place!! I went as far the opposite direction as I could but still be in the mountains!! Gotts love the Blue Ridge in the FALL!!

If I were you I would follow Big Counrty's advice, get your butt down there and file a complaint, just know you will then be a target for all of them!! Good idea to carry a cel phone with a recording option or some way of documenting the scenario. Idiots like this don't deserve to wear the badge!!
