Ordering new cac boots. New clamps?

Hey all. Was going to be ordering the complete cac boot kit from riffraff soon. (And an frx). I was wondering if it is necessary to buy all new clamps for the boots? And is that plenum insert really that awesome?
Thanks
Kevin

I installed the plenum inserts when I replaced my valley boots just to add some extra warm fuzzy feeling.

The T-bolt clamps are not really necessary to replace. they don't really ever go bad. but the cheap worm gear hose clamps that go on the valley boots are good to change.
