The thing I was just thinkin is that if I run stacks narrow like that dodge, I would run 2 wheel well boxes in front of the wheel wells and squeeze what I need to in those boxes and still have practilly my whole bed.

That would look good. I would get your boxes in and then build your t pipe. Get 4 90 degree bends and cut and weld them to however wide you want to

I agree. But I think I will do the stacks first only cuz I've got ants in my paints and I think I'll be needing to do the stacks next weekend.

Although I think you need to nix the stacks on your truck. A short bed pulling a 5th wheel will need all the space it can get. I would be nervous about that.
