I really like the stack on that dodge. The spacing on them that is.

Clover, is yours a long bed?

Let me ask you guys this

M y truck is a ex-cab, short bed, and all I need to carry is a socket set ( probly 100 piece), tool bag, jumper cables, and a few straps and shackles. I have the 5th wheel rails in the bed and don't want to obstruct them.

What would you guys recommend for storage with stacks or a single stack, with as little of a box being seen?

Don't see why it won't work with a soft top cover, be easier than on a hard top!! Just cut around it and have the edges rolled over and sewn and maybe a snap or two added.

hey silo, when i made my box and put the stacks in the back of the truck, i only lossed about 8 inches of bed, then i added the tool box and only lost maybe 18 more inches so i lost a total of maybe 26-30 inches, and i still use my 5th wheel on a weekly basis

With mine being a short bed a crossover box would cover the rails for the 5th wheel.
