I have a 03 with the tymar intake, 4" turbo back exhaust and the edge juice with attitude and it seems like im only getting about 16-20 lbs of boost max. Is this right or should i be making more boost?

Even with the edge on the highest setting you should be seeing 23lbs. Most common places for Boost leaks will be up pipe doughnuts, look for black soot around joints, and tighten all your intake boots up.
