can anyone tell me what kind of fuel mileage you can expect from a 7.3
powerstoke with some mod . ie exaust or intake system

what year 7.3? what rear end gear ratio and cab configuration?? Do you drive it hard..or conservative generally?

Yeah you will have to be a little more specific or us, as year, body and all sorts of things come into play and affect mpg's
