Bouncing idle

I haven't checked to see if I have any codes coming up or not, but at idle in drive and park, my rpms will bounce up and down a few hundred. It has never gone below 500 at least not much, and it will go down for a second and back up to normal and then back down, and back up. A few times the truck has kinda chugged a bit and had me worried. Kind of seems like a vacuum leak of some sort, but thought I would see what kind of thoughts you guys had.

Has the Check engine light ever come on? I would check the UVC harness first. Check both sides, pull them apart and look for any burnt or loose connections.

I was told that if at start up you have erratic idle its most likely a wire harness problem. I was also told that if your truck is acting funny and there are no code coming up the cam senser could be the problem.
